How does Ms. Blakemore define adolescence? 
as the period of life that starts with the biological, hormonal, physical changes of puberty and ends at the age at which an individual attains a stable, independent role in society.

How long does it last?
Puberty into the '20s and '30s.

What is the significance of the prefrontal cortex?
decision making, inhibiting inappropriate behavior, understanding people and being self-aware.

Keep the ones you need and lose the ones you don't need. The ones that you do keep come stronger because you keep working with it.

Adults - An adults limbic system and prefrontal cortex are more developed and used evenly.

yes, simply because the way my adolescence are this generation.

  1. You got it right. I also see you as someone who doesn't really see or appreciate your exceptional qualities. You are honest and forthright. You don't sugar-coat things. I don't think you appreciate your own critical thinking skills either. I have come to learn that if Tajmah doesn't understand, then probably others don't either and I need to explain better.
    As far as your responses go, I don't really understand your answer to #9 and you did not answer #10. I'm really interested in your opinion on that. Please answer in complete sentences. Score: 3-3-3-4 P.S. I like the way you re-designed your blog.
